"Transitioning to 100% renewable energy by 2025."

Tesla Renewable Samoa

Branded / Social

Samoa is a beautiful island nation in the South Pacific Ocean, about halfway between New Zealand and Hawaii. In the past, like many islands, the country ran mostly on imported, expensive, and polluting diesel power.

As a world first, Tesla Powerpacks were installed to capture the island’s abundance of renewable Solar, Wind and Hydro energy and help Samoa transition to 100% renewable energy by 2025.

Gen C were tasked to showcase Samoa’s new renewable energy infrastructure, and capture the pristine natural island surrounds that Tesla have had a role in protecting into the future.

With a nimble team of three; a Director, Cinematographer and Drone Specialist, we created a stylised documentary that was used by Tesla to press release the energy tech and featured in the hundreds of subsequent news articles globally.
